General Increases of 3.0% each contract year, allocated as follows:
Retroactive to July 1, 2025 - 1.5% increase to employee’s base pay rate in effect on June 30, 2025, inclusive of any increases from Longevity applied on July 1, 2025
January 1, 2026 - 1.5% increase to employee’s base pay rate in effect on June 30, 2025
July 1, 2026 - 3% increase to employee’s base pay rate in effect on June 30, 2026
July 1, 2027 - 3% increase to employee’s base pay rate in effect on June 30, 2027
Current employees whose pay rate as of June 30, 2025 was below $18 shall receive the greater of moving to the minimum compensation rate or the general wage increase.
Employees who are moved to the starting rate of $18.00 effective July 1, 2025 will receive raises to:
$18.50 effective July 1, 2026
$19 effective July 1, 2027.

Effective July 1, 2023, employees shall receive additional compensation into base pay based on length of service. Longevity increases to an employee’s base pay rate occur on the 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th anniversary of the employees’s hire to the Museum in the amount of:
$500 added to base pay on the above anniversaries for employees working 25 hours or more per week.
$250 added to base pay on the above anniversaries for employees working less than 25 hours a week on the anniversaries of the date of hire.
Earned longevity will follow employees when they move to a different position.
