• Effective March 15, 2027:

  • 3% shall be applied to the employee’s then-current base pay rate.

  • The rates in Table 1 (for newly hired and promoted employees) shall increase by $0.25.

• Effective March 15, 2028:

  • 3% shall be applied to the employee’s then-current base pay rate.

  • The rates in Table 1 (for newly hired and promoted employees) shall increase by $0.25.

Eligible employees will receive a Longevity Differential at 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years of service upon the applicable anniversary of the employee's date of hire. Longevity Differentials are paid on a per hour basis in addition to an employee’s base hourly rate.
